Trap is great, offering some Stamina regen with Slumster's Trap, and of course you can never go wrong with Revival Essences. Last to mention would be his relics, which mimic those of Serpentex's relics in Trap/Essence. One of his setups also sets up the nasty Anticipation effect, meaning his enemies have to think twice before they use any ETs. But he also boasts SC Evasion for some extra protection at the start of battle, plus his 2 main setups both re-apply Evasion to him. This makes it easy to pair him with a Taunt trait ally and run havoc as long as there's no Trait Disable or Pierce threats to worry about. Volcanyx's trait is also a huge mention, as it boasts the incredible and terrifying to face Dodge Area. A max of Single 60 and AoE 40 however are still pretty nice. Thanks to this amazing DoT setup he gets access to, he doesn't care too much for his overall raw damage, which makes it fine that he doesn't hit as hard as most other Attackers. It should be mentioned that Volcanyx can output some really nasty numbers by layering up both Bane + Magic Weakness, since Bane is a Torture that deals Magic damage. The way Volcanyx works effectively is by heavily abusing the amount of Tortures he can setup as well as layer on the damage over time with Weakness skills. Volcanyx is a very good Magic element Attacker with a plethora of DoTs, an amazing trait, solid raw dmg output, and some nasty setups. 2.3 Spammin' Isn't Cool, Mate (Evasion Spam).2.2 That's Finger-Lickin' Good (Unranked).2.1 I Like My Chicken Extra Spicy (Ranked).
